Storybook Illustrations

Lately I've been working on the illustrations for a storybook, one for each chapter. All of them were done with dip pen and technical pen and measure 14x14 cm plus frame (not shown here by the way). Here's two of them and some close-ups:

Gidra Comic

This was intended to be the first chapter of a long story and a preview of it. At the beginning my intention was to do the whole story, but when I finished this project for school I was a bit tired of it and now I have another comic project in the making, which I find more inspirational.

Ink tests

A preliminary test with ink for an illustration of a willow. It is part of a 14 illustration series for a storybook.

This last picture was done little by little every so often when I was bored, it has no sense at all. Maybe someday I'll do a better finished piece out of this one...
